The R-Mind Workshop is a three-day, hands-on introduction to data analysis and visualization with R, designed to help you build confidence working with real-world data. On Day 1, we cover the basics—loading data, running descriptive stats, creating visualizations, and performing simple statistical tests like correlations and t-tests. On Day 3, we take a deeper dive into transcriptomics, guiding you through differential expression analysis using edgeR and DESeq2, with a focus on good practices and clear interpretation. Whether you’re new to R or want to sharpen your skills for research, this workshop offers a practical and supportive starting point.
