Course in ESN-ISN Neurochemistry School 2023

A three day R course focusing on data analysis and visualization was organized and delivered by Isabel and Ramiro. The contents comprised topics such as data wrangling, reproducible analysis, and creating visualizations with ggplot2 and patchwork. The course also touched on differential gene expression analysis, providing a thorough overview of essential data analysis tools and techniques. This course was part of the international ESN-ISN Neurochemistry School 2023.
